"Those who honor the calling of RIGHTEOUS parenthood will find their souls REFINED, their hearts PURIFIED, and their minds ENLIGHTENED by the most important lessons of life"
{I LOVE LOVE LOVE this picture.. and I don't like to say LOVE LOVE LOVE..}
So, today was our first holiday apart from each other.. BOO!! I feel more bad for Ray because he's alone in Florida. This freakin' sucks. I don't think we will be able to handle the distance thing much longer, but YAY, he gets to come home on Wednesday for my ultrasound and Toa's birthday and I think will just stay until after the 4th! :)
Where do I start with Ray? He is totally, utterly in LOVE with his boy! He is such a proud Daddy and always loves to have Toa with him. He loves taking Toa to the locker room and show him off to all his buddies at work and he loves spending as much time with him as possible. The feeling is mutual. Toa loves going with Daddy and when Toa wakes up in the morning, the first thing he looks for is his Dad. Since we have been apart, Toa sits and kisses Rays pictures like 1,000 times a day. As soon as he hears his voice or sees him on Skype he is trying to hold Ray and kiss his face.
That's one thing I love about Ray, he is so affectionate. He is very patient and comforting with Toa.. he loves to teach him things of all sorts and play games. He loves to play hide-n-seek and loves letting Toa scare him. He loves tickling him and watching cartoons together. He loves swimming with Toa and just laying down and rubbing Toa's head. He loves cuddling with him and kissing his face and watching him sleep. He loves giving him baths and tucking him into bed. He loves making him silly breakfasts and buying him surprises. He loves dressing Toa and doing his hair.
He loves and honors every little thing about being a Dad.
Toa and Ray are twins! They act alike, eat the same, sleep the same, are built the same, and drive me crazy the same!
I am grateful for Ray.. I am grateful that he is the person I have a family with. I can't wait to see him with the twins. He is so excited he can't even stand it. He works so hard and has never given up on his dream because of his family. He wants to be an example to our kids that you can do anything you set your mind to and that with hard work and patience you can make your dreams come true. He wants to provide the best life possible, as any Father does for his children. There's nothing he wouldn't do for our family. He is very selfless and everything he has and does is for his family....
Happy Father's Day my love.. Your Todapop misses you so much and can't wait til Wednesday.. hope you enjoy your movie and your Korean BBQ today! We love you!!
