20 Weeks

I am now 20 weeks.. half way there.. so they say. Full term for twins though is 36 weeks though, so I could technically have 16 weeks left.

Wow!

Time is flying by now and I can't  believe we are going to have THREE babies. 

Three BOYS for that matter.

I am getting more anxious and more excited everyday though.

I had my 20 week appointment today and the big anatomy ultrasound. 

To be honest, I didn't sleep at all last night. 

I always get really nervous before an ultrasound, especially because I don't really feel the babies move around a lot.. but I'm happy to report that all is well in Twinkie land and they're STILL boys :)

They are measuring a little over 20 weeks and a few days each, almost 8 inches long and almost 1lb each.

It's so amazing to see two babies on a sonogram. They are now lying head to head and head down. 

Both were so active today and moving around and showing off body parts if you know what I mean.. I think it was moreso to show me "Mommy, we're still boys, so be prepared"

I've gained 7lbs in the last month.. holy crap! I wasn't too happy about that, especially because I'm not really eating a LOT.. I'm eating yes, but not tons... yet ;) I still can't really eat meat and all I want is spicy hot food. The spicier the better. I was surprised at my weight gain too because I mainly just want vegetables and salads. I can't really stomach anything too sweet, it makes me sick and has a bad after taste, but I can drink Dr. Pepper!

I'm so happy they are healthy and growing. When the ultrasound tech was measuring everything, and looking at the organs and brains I was just squeezing Ray's hand the entire time. It's so nerve wrecking, in the end all that matters is they are ok :)

We are so so so blessed.. There's not a day that goes by that I don't thank my Heavenly Father for everything I have been blessed with.  God is good all the time and all the time, God is GOOD!
