Walk the Walk

Toa FINALLY started walking today.

He absolutely refused to walk... he would stand up on his own, wobble around a little bit and then fall to his knees and start crawling.

We are planning on leaving Utah in a few days and my family was dying to see Toa walk before we left.

My Mom, Kamie and I were in the kitchen and my mom was holding Toa.

It was so funny because she sat him down and said "Toa, you need to get up and walk right now before you go back to Florida, Nanny wants to see you walk, no more crawling, you get up and walk okay?"

She set him on the ground and he stood up and took off....

We were all laughing so hard.

It wasn't like one, two steps and fall.. he just walked across the whole room like he knew what he was doing the entire time.

I knew he could walk. He was just being lazy. He just kept going and going and whenever I would try helping he would get mad.

Good job son. You make us laugh.
