My Mom turned 50 on the 25th.. we were doing the Relay for Life that night so we decided we'd celebrate the next day. Mom loves Mexican food, so what better than a 50th Fiesta?
The food was awesome. I made a 7 layer dip, Ipo made barbacoa pork tacos and Kamie made chicken enchiladas. We ordered her favorite cake from Cake De Fleur and made her hit the pinata too :)
We love you Mom and hope you had a wonderful day. Thank you for everything you do for our family. You are the glue that holds us all together... Happy 50th...you're beautiful!!
