Dirty 30

So, I turn 30 this week..I can't believe it.. I've really been dreading this. I mean, I remember 5 years ago I was saying 30 was SO old. Now that I'm here, I can only embrace it, right?

I guess what makes it worse, is the day after my birthday my husband turns 5 years younger than me. Yes, I robbed the cradle :)  {I was hoping I could train and teach him my ways}

We had plans to celebrate our 30th and 25th birthdays BIG this year... we had planned a cruise, and then when I found out I was pregnant and was sick as hell, we scratched that plan. No need to go and get sea sick when I feel like it constantly... we will go later on once I start feeling better. 

We then planned to go to New York this week. 

Then the NFL Lockout lifted, so we cancelled those plans.

Then the NFL Lockout happened again, but tickets, rooms etc went up in price. My Mom was going to come down and watch Toa for 4 days while we went and painted the city red. 

Feeling the way I do though, I'm kind of glad we aren't going.

Therefore, I think we are just going to go spend a fun family weekend at DisneyWorld :) 

I hope I feel somewhat better. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow, so I'm hoping she can prescribe me something.. 

At least my sweet husband said we could celebrate all year and do some fun things once I start feeling better...
