It's been a while since I've posted anything and I just kinda threw my Vegas Bowl post together just now. I can't believe 2009 is already here. This year I have been graduated from high school for 10 years! OMG, I feel old! I even feel more old when my friends I graduated with are on their 4th and 5th kids and I'm just starting.
The holidays were great as always, fun times with our families. Ray and I stayed at my parents house Christmas Eve because our apartment was in such shambles getting ready to move the day after that I didn't feel like being in a mess for Christmas. It was nice to be home with my parents. We woke up early, did the Santa Claus thing and got ready and went to Kuuipo's for breakfast. Kamie and Matina were taking forever and it was because they were stuck in the snow.. I felt so bad for them, so Ray and Myron took off to help dig them out. 2 hours later they all showed up soaking wet and freezing :( After they dried off, we went to Rays parents house and hung out with his family then went to my Grandparents house for more food and gifts.
We ended the day back at my parents playing Guitar Hero with everyone and having a blast. The next day we moved allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll day which totally sucked! And then Sunday Ray left for Atlanta to train :( I think I cried 10 times the day he left. The longest we have been apart was 3 days and that was last December when he went to the Vegas Bowl. Other than that, we've been together everyday!!
New Years Eve we hung out at my parents house and I was so sick and tired. We counted down with Ray over the phone on Georgia time and I was in bed by 11:30PM. It sucked being away from Ray for New Years, but I know this is a small sacrafice for what's to come. It's been a super long 9 days since he left and I just can't wait till I get to be with him for another week in Houston on Saturday!!!! I'm really looking forward to this bowl game in Houston and I know he has been working super hard out in Atlanta to prepare for it. It's going to be a blast and I can't wait to kiss his face!
Pregnancy is going well, Kamie told us she is pregnant too on New Years Eve, so that was a good note to end the year. I am so excited to prego with my sister.. although she is in the beginning sick stage that I think I am finally getting out of. I feel cool though because it's like I can give her advice because I am a whole whopping 7 weeks ahead of her! ;)
We find out what we're having on the 20th, but since Ray won't be here, we are going to do Fetal Photo in Houston and see if we can see what it is then so we can be together. I can't wait till February 27th when he get's to come home after Combines. I will be going back and forth to Atlant and we even thought about me just going there till then, but I need my medical insurance and I know I'll get bored out of my brains if I don't work. Once again, small sacrafices! I just really miss him.

Kass- so glad you found me! I am so excited to keep in touch now. I had no idea you were pregnant congrats to you both! The time has flown It seems like forever and I can't believe we have been out of high school for 10 years sounds so old. talk to you soon.

Hey Kassie.... congrats on the pregnancy. I am so excited for you guys. Wow! That baby is going to be gorgeous (like it's mama). Being apart sucks, I know. But... at least you have something to look forward to. Sounds like life is going great and I couldn't be happier for the both of you. Take care.
