Can you believe he's almost one?
He's growing so fast, too fast.
This past month:
- He's 30lbs
- Not sure his height, but he's tall.
- In 2T clothe, his PJs are 3T
- Still size 6 diapers
- Is in a biting stage. Don't know where he got that from, but he'll bite your toes and your shoulder or your leg.. and it HURTS! Still only has 9 teeth.
- Has little conversations with us everyday. I love his little jibberish language.
- Shakes his head NO to everything
- Has a set of lungs.. the boy is so loud. Must come from his Tongan side.. haha
- Is into EVERYTHING other than his toys. Laptop, cords, ipods, phones, boxes, outlets, shoes. I feel like we go in a circle all day with each other. Me cleaning his messes and him messing up my cleaning.
- Is doing so good at swimming. Loves to float on his back. (of course with the help of Mommy and Daddy)
- Still sleeps with us. Yah, I just cannot let him cry it out to sleep in his crib. Especially when he's holding the bars like he's in jail and crying out "momma, momma" I'm a sucker!
- Loves Cheerios
- Can walk everywhere when he uses his little Lion push cart or a kitchen chair or his stroller. He's such a chicken, I know he could do it on his own. When he realizes what he's doing or if he's standing without any help, he'll hurry and drop to the ground and cry.
- Has the HEAVIEST hands ever. The kid can bang things so loudly and smack windows or your face like no other.
- Is on a pretty set schedule. Up at 8:30, nap by 12, wake up around 2 and sleeping by 9pm.
- We've been having him watch "My Baby Can Read" for the past 6 months and I think he really can read certain words. He'll see the picture and word and point to it.It's amazing! He loves the "If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands" song. He'll do all the motions.
- Loves ice cream
- Can palm his little football and basketball and has a decent throw for an 11 month old. He loves to play catch and will sit and throw it back and forth for quite a long time.
Those are some of the things I can remember right now. He is so fun and I love having my little man to hang out with and go do fun things with while Daddy's working. He loves his Daddy so much and is only saying "Dad, Dadda" right now, but he's a Mommy's boy! :)
One more month and you're not a 'baby' anymore, but you'll always be my sweet little baby!!

Oh, baby Toa is so handsome!! Loved, loved, loved your post.... made me laugh a few times...and you're probably right, his loud side probably does come from his Tongan side....hahaha and I've always wanted to know if that your baby can read really works....I've always wanted to get it, but didn't know if it was really worth all that money! Can't believe your handsome little guy is almost 1... they grow up so fast don't they! I think Siani's right....it's time for another one! :)
He is soo stinkin huge & cute! i love that he falls one the ground as soon as he realizes he's standing...that is so funny! Anywho can't wait to see this big lil boy on his b'day!! :)
Handsome boy you have!!! He is getting so big, that is what size my son is in..... I love his smile. Time goes by so fast.

He grew pretty fast Kassie! So freakin cute!!!! Cant wait till you have another baby, this time a girl :)
