Happy FOUR Years

We celebrated FOUR years as Mister and Misses today! 

Together for five, married for four.. but time has seriously gone by so quickly I can't even wrap my mind around it sometimes. Life has been so hectic lately and I won't lie, this past year has been very trying on our marriage. My friend (with twins) told me, if your marriage survives the first year of twins, your marriage can survive anything. I laughed at her, but now I fully understand what she meant haha. 

We haven't had much time to ourselves as Kassie and Ray this year.. not that we are complaining or anything, but sometimes that can take a toll.. we're always in Mommy and Daddy mode. We've made it a goal to make sure we take that time for ourselves.. we need to! Can't lose ourselves or our relationship  through all the craziness of parenthood :) 

One thing for sure though, there is no one else I would rather go through all this craziness with!

Ray has been my rock when I needed it most and I've cried many times on his shoulder this year. 

I'm about positive he's ready to rip his ears off.. but I am so thankful for him and his support! I know without a doubt, without that support, our marriage would have NOT lasted this year hahaha.. 

We celebrated at our favorite steak house Oak Council at Hard Rock Casino.. it is amazing!!

We gambled a little.. which we our money :( I hate gambling and don't know why I even did it, but I played this machine forever with $100! 

and then stopped at the gas station and got Reeses Peanut Butter cups for dessert! We were joking about how we should've just gotten a hotel room and went to sleep for the 5 hours! :)

After, we went down to Ft. Lauderdale to the Kava Bar and mixed a bowl to celebrate!
